A first-generation entrepreneur and veteran medical professional, Dr. Shishir is the eldest of four siblings raised by a state government veterinary doctor. Studying on a scholarship at Sainik School Satara, India’s premier institution of its kind, instilled in him a lifetime of discipline, punctuality, and unwavering commitment.
He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate medical degrees at Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, building a strong foundation in clinical excellence and patient care.
From 1985 to 1997, he resigned from a prestigious government lecturer position (MPSC) to establish a successful private pathology practice in Gondia. He later relocated to Nagpur, where he managed a leading pathology lab and founded Ayush Blood Bank.
Since 2009, he has pioneered group medical practice in Nagpur through Center Point Hospital, which now spans two units with 120 beds, delivering Affordable, Quality Medical Care to the community.
